About the role

In collaboration with the Sales Director, you'll be responsible for building up the client portfolio, selling to and collaborating with Capalo's target clientele in the energy industry in Sweden and Finland. In the future, this will include also other European countries. Your duties primarily consist of developing good relationships for the long term, including calls and online meetings with future clients. You will calculate offers and negotiate agreements, with the help of your team where needed. Put your sales experience into play with a new product full of potential, and create solutions for clients with the outcome of profitability and benefit for both the customer, yourself, and Capalo AI!

You'll be working with a team of 17 professionals and you can be based anywhere in Finland. You'll visit Capalo AI's headquarters in Kuopio for a team day at a minimum every 3 months. The salary model in this role is base + commission.

Work tasks

  • Working with all aspects of engagement with new clients
  • Creating relationships and understanding client business to provide solutions
  • Planning and executing business development and campaign activities
  • Contributing to the overall performance of the B2B organization: Acting as a representative of Capalo AI to ensure positive reputation building and improving CX
  • Participating in developing and maximizing Capalo AI presence and market share

We are looking for

  • Relevant educational background (technical, preferably with commercial aspect)
  • Min. 1 year of B2B sales experience from a relevant role
  • Current IT-skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills
  • Results-oriented networker, who is quick to learn, courageous in new situations, and aligned with green tech values

We consider the following as an advantage

  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish language skills
  • Relevant technical background/skills
  • Experience in the energy markets

Finnish language skills are not required!
