• Design and implement data pipelines within the AWS environment, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Select and integrate additional data technologies such as Kafka, Snowflake, or others as needed for project success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring that data handling is efficient and effective for client projects
• Embrace the dynamic nature of a start-up by working on and learning about a variety of tasks, including the development of advanced A/B testing frameworks, crafting probabilistic matching algorithms, and configuring sophisticated text-to-image and natural language processing models

• Mid-level data engineering experience with a desire to grow into a role with significant impact
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS data services and infrastructure
• Ability to independently choose technologies that best suit project needs and drive forward solutions
• Enthusiasm for working closely with major clients and seeing the real-world impact of your work
• Fluent skills in spoken and written English
