Gross Margin Analyst, Picosun, Masala/hybrid

This position reports directly to the Business Unit CFO of Picosun. As a key finance business partner, you will anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and actively influence management with critical analysis and sound business advice. This role collaborates with various cross-functional organizations and requires the ability to provide solutions to complex problems. Works independently to support a complex and growing business with a diverse set of new and existing products serving high share applications to commodity type applications. This position is located in Masala and the job has the possibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

• This is a dynamic role that will enable the candidate to own responsibilities in financial analysis and Gross Margin management in partnership with Operations. The position requires an individual who is eager to work across functions and levels to provide valued Finance support and consultation.
• Business partnering with executive management team; primary finance partner for the Operations team.
• Financial forecasting, measurement, reporting and execution of Gross Margin
• Process improvement projects
• New product/program cost targeting and execution
• Balance sheet management
• Key participant on system integration activities

• Language: Fluency in Finnish and English
• Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Some previous relevant experience (preferably at least 2-5 years), semiconductor equipment or components manufacturing is considered as a plus
• Strong Excel skills, including modeling
