About the role
As a Junior IT Risk Manager / GRC Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations and enhancement of our client's IT risk management practices. You will collaborate with IT teams and security specialists to ensure risks are consistently identified, tracked, and mitigated, contributing to a robust security posture.

Work tasks
As a Junior IT Risk Manager / GRC Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our client's IT risk management practices. You will work closely with IT teams, security specialists, and management, helping ensure that risks are identified, tracked, and addressed in a consistent and transparent way.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting IT risk identification, assessment, and follow-up activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintaining the IT risk register and ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability.
- Preparing risk-related reports, summaries, and insights for IT management and leadership.
- Supporting the development, documentation, and improvement of IT risk management processes and tools.
- Coordinating with IT teams to ensure risk mitigation actions are planned, tracked, and completed.
- Contributing to IT continuity management activities (e.g. recovery planning, exercises, and documentation).
- Supporting security-related communications and awareness initiatives.
- Promoting risk and security awareness across the IT organization and helping drive engagement.
We are looking for
- Good knowledge of IT, IT governance, risk management, or information security.
- Basic familiarity with IT environments, processes, or security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
- Understanding of risk management and continuity management principles.
- Basic understanding of risk management
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira and Power BI.
- Experience in IT risk management or IT continuity.
