Maintenance System Consultant, Nexer Asset Management Oy

About the role

In this role, the focus is on understanding customers’ business processes and mapping their needs and requirements. The role includes participating in maintenance management system deliveries, developing client relationships, and, when needed, leading delivery projects. Candidates with a technical background can also participate in system configuration; configuration does not require programming skills, but minor system modifications can be implemented if desired. Success in this role comes from having project manager–like approaches to work.

Work tasks

• Mapping customer needs and business processes
• Adapting and configuring the system according to customer requirements
• Participating in and leading delivery projects
• Developing client relationships and maintaining ongoing collaboration with customers

We are looking for

• Relevant higher education (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information management)
• Previous work experience in similar roles, such as system configuration and maintenance
• Experience with IBM Maximo
• Fluent English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have

• Fluent Finnish and good Swedish skills
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Java
• Understanding of XML and Python
• SQL knowledge is a big plus

We require a valid work permit for Finland.
