About the role

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing Eevia Health's content marketing and brand communication strategies. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with some experience in marketing who is eager to grow and make a significant impact. You will play a key role in positioning the company in the market while collaborating closely with a small and dynamic team. The office is located in Seinäjoki, right next to the train station. Eevia has a flexible hybrid work model, but some time has to be spent regularly at the office.

Work tasks

• Developing and implementing content marketing strategies to engage their target audience.
• Enhancing brand communication and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Strengthening brand image and increasing brand awareness.
• Collaborating with colleagues and external advisers and partners to create content and develop and execute brand strategies.
• Collecting market intelligence and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms and collaborating with external partners, eg. distributors in various continents, supporting their marketing and promotion activities.
• Other tasks as deemed needed in a small organization, including active utilization and management of Eevia's website and CRM system, supporting sales efforts, participating in fairs and other activities.

We are looking for

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest and some experience in marketing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Fluent English skills.
