About the role

As a Project Engineer, you will be acting as a link between our client’s Project Managers and business partners (both internal and external), ensuring and contributing to a consistent way of working across the globe. Since you will actively participate in several areas of the full-chain delivery process with various internal and external stakeholders, we hope that you have good collaboration skills and systematic approach in addition to solid technical and commercial understanding. Your proactive and dynamic working style also enables you to develop the tools and processes needed for the job – you are on the driver’s seat for your own success & growth. The position requires occasional traveling abroad for business partner visits mainly in Europe.

Work tasks

  • Providing support to Project Managers in warranty handling and analytics between internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing support to Project Managers in managing the post-delivery actions of each project
  • Providing support to local Site teams in analyzing local material flows during project execution phase
  • Managing project documentation

We are looking for

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. Mechanical Engineering)
  • Some previous work experience for example from design engineering or project management is appreciated but you can also be in the beginning of your professional career
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in CAD tools is considered an asset
  • Valid driving license

Previous experience from maritime business and/or project management is considered an asset.

  • Flexible and able to stand your own ground when needed
  • Self-initiative, active and able to solve problems
