Project Manager for Legal Mandates, Espoo

The Project Manager will manage an umbrella project to investigate, plan, and implement new e-invoicing legal requirements (some may currently be unknown) in order to create clarity and compliance. Main stakeholders include global/area/country Finance Teams and IT. The Project Manager is expected to standardize an approach for handling finance-related legal mandates in a consistent and effective manner.

• Build network with stakeholders and discover legal requirements beforehand
• Manage an umbrella project to investigate, plan, and implement new e-invoicing legal requirements in order to create clarity and compliance
• Implement financial requirements relating to both customers and suppliers in the field of E-invoicing
• Standardize an approach for handling finance-related legal mandates in a consistent and effective manner
• Report to PMO Manager

• A degree from IT or Business sector. 📖
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management 💼
• Experience with international projects.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus. 💬
• A strong networker to be self initiative towards client in different countries

Understanding of SAP will be an advantage

• Able to work independently, results oriented, and ready to take ownership in order to drive country initiatives to conclusion.
• Comfortable diving into area/country organizations in order to build a network of contacts and facilitate the discovery of new requirements as early as possible.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment, ability to collaborate widely and influence various stakeholders with whom you may have limited authority (change management skills).
• Well organized and detail-oriented, yet lean in ways of working.
• Proficient in general project management practices.
• Knowledge of financial practices or experience in managing finance-related projects would be a significant advantage
• Familiarity with various country cultures and experience working in countries other than Finland would be an advantage.
