Sourcing Coordinator, Lahti

About the role

Your main task will be to review and manage production-related orders that are automatically generated in to our client's ERP system (Profio). While much of the process is automated, you will play an important role in checking, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of orders—for example, adjusting quantities or delivery times when needed.

During the onboarding period the work is mainly done on-site in Lahti. After that you are able to work in hybrid model. The contract will be for a fixed term of six months, with the possibility of extension.

Work tasks

• Manually verify and adjust purchase orders.
• Modify order details such as quantities and delivery times.
• Communicate proactively with production stakeholders regarding order status and availability.
• Participate in daily production meetings to address potential issues.

We are looking for

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Proactive approach and a curious mindset, not leaving issues unresolved.
• Fluent Finnish language skills, good English language skills.
• Suitable educational background.

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of industrial production processes or supply chain dynamics.
