About the role

As a Supply Specialist, you will work on the delivery projects of our client company, taking care of project procurement, scheduling, and budget. You will work together with project managers, designers, procurement, suppliers, and production to ensure that deliveries are on time, profitable, and match the ordered components. You can have several projects to handle internationally at the same time.

You are expected to work onsite at Hyvinkää during the initial phase of joining (due to training) and later a minimum of two days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which are the office days for the team.

Work tasks

  • Order-supply chain management
  • Ordering material deliveries, quality assurance and logistics planning
  • Checking delivery schedules and prices
  • Cooperation with the team, project managers, suppliers and other stakeholders

We are looking for

  • Suitable technical or business university degree
  • Fluent written and spoken English, other language skills are considered as an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Previous background in project coordination
  • Strong communication and interaction skills

Additionally, we expect you to have some of the additional merits we value for this position:

  • Previous work experience in similar tasks (such as working with delivery projects)
  • Good SAP know-how
  • Lean knowledge
  • Technical background gained through studies or work experience
