Warranty Project Engineer, Konecranes, Hyvinkää

In this position, you will be working as a part of the Warranty Team. You are responsible for receiving and analyzing incoming customer claims, processing, and registering the claims in SAP, and communicating with relevant stakeholders. In addition, you will take care of coordination of component orders and deliveries to customers together with procurement and logistics, and coordinate supplier claims. • Receiving and analyzing the customer claims; initial response within 24 hours
• Processing and registering notification for claims in SAP
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (design, purchase, quality, product management, etc.)
• Communicating with customers as required; Act as prime customer and stakeholder interface during warranty period to resolve issues on multiple projects
• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with clients, vendors and other stakeholders
• Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and other third parties
• Coordinate invoices related to warranty claims
• Coordinate root cause analysis and implement related countermeasures, corrective and preventive actions for warranty claims

• Fluent English, Finnish skills are considered as an advantage
• Bachelor's or higher technical degree, e.g. in Electrical and Automation Engineering
• Experience with SAP
• Experience from similar tasks
