Design Engineer, GPV Finland Oy, Vantaa/Lohja/Oulu

By becoming the Design Engineer at GPV Finland, you will get to join a versatile global team with great team spirit. You will design production test equipment and/or their software for electronic products. Your role plays an important part in GPV’s world-class project team, which creates test solutions for both GPV’s own production and their customers’ production.

Depending on your location, you can be working either in Vantaa, Lohja or Oulu office with hybrid model. Travelling might be required occasionally.

• Preparation of the design test specification based on the client's requirements
• Designing tester electronics, wiring and/or software
• Documentation of the design work, including the necessary manufacturing documents
• Participation in inspections
• Technical product and design support for other design teams
• Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders

• Relevant technical education (e.g., BSc/MSc in electronics or automation)
• Good understanding of electronics through studies or work experience
• Programming skills with C languages
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, Finnish is an asset

We also value previous work experience in electronics design or production testing and skills with TestStand or LabVIEW tools.
