Knowledge Coordinator, Caverion Oyj, Vantaa

As a Knowledge Coordinator, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and work independently in an international environment. Your tasks are versatile, and you will have ownership of your work managing Caverion’s Knowledge bases. In this role, you will be responsible for Operational Management of IT documentation​, developing knowledge base structure and governance, coordinating the improvement, and auditing the content. In addition, you will provide the information and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role gives you a great opportunity to kick-start your career and grow professionally.

Work tasks

• Developing knowledge base structure and governance
• Coordinating improvements and running audits
• Managing Knowledge bases and updating documentation
• Collaborating proactively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Suitable educational background / you are about to finish your studies
• Good understanding of basic IT and some previous experience in using ITSM tools (experience in ServiceNow is considered an advantage)
• Fluent English skills
• Willingness for occasional travel

Other language skills (especially Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or German), previous experience at a service desk, experience in maintaining the lifecycle of applications, and understanding of IT processes are seen as an advantage.
