Job duties

As an ISS Proposal Manager, you would be part of the global ISS (Integrated Service Solutions) Proposals team, meaning you will interact with stakeholders from different Market Areas and Business Lines.

Review internal and external customer requests and create proposals that meet the customer's demands
Ensure proposal competitiveness focusing on MO’s added value and benefit to the customer
Ensure estimates and proposals are commercially sound and comply with contractual must-haves
Take ownership of the proposal preparation, provide a clear package to the Sales Team and follow-up on delivery to the customer
Raise requests for pricing on parts and assemblies as needed for the development of costings through appropriate processes and tools
Work to ensure all related company intellectual property is controlled and protected
Lead the development of standard proposal tools to continuously reduce Quotation Response Time and improve Quality

We are looking for

Experience in budgets and proposals for at least for two years, including process management and good knowledge in project management
Experience in analyzing and interpreting contracts
Strong skills in Excel
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
Fluent English skills
Able to work flexible hours from time to time due to timezone differences

Can handle pressure well
