About the role
As an Application Manager, you will act as the point of contact between business stakeholders and IT partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. You will be responsible for the operational ownership and development coordination of the SAP Commerce-based customer portal and eCommerce solution. Your tasks include for example requirement analysis and backlog grooming, participating in testing of new features, bug fixes, and regression testing, contributing to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and test case reviews and also collaborating closely with both internal teams and external IT vendors to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the systems.
We are looking for a person who has a strong understanding in SAP SD module and excellent skills to navigate between IT field and business functions. To be successful in this role, you need to be able to communicate between various stakeholders and have a understanding how the technical solutions can serve the business functions the most effective way.

Work tasks
- Coordinating and defining application development (SAP Commerce / eCommerce platform)
- Participating in testing of new features, regression testing and user acceptance testing
- Attending in sprint planning and requirement analysis sessions
- Managing user credentials and oversee the maintenance of SAP tables
- Collaborating with different business stakeholders and IT vendors
We are looking for
- A relevant work experience of a similar role in IT field
- Relevant study background
- A strong understanding of SAP SD module and business processes
- Experience with application development
- Experience in working between business processes and IT field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent communication skills in English
