About the role
ReOrbit is a leading manufacturer of software-enabled satellites for secure communications. Their current satellite project Ukko is now in the assembly phase, with the planned launch of the satellite scheduled for next Spring.
As an Electrical Integration Support Engineer, you will join this PFM build and EVT (Environmental Verification Testing) phase of a project. Your role is to physically integrate, assemble, and test spacecraft systems. You’ll follow precise assembly procedures and ensure everything meets exact specifications.
You will work together with an experienced, international team in Hernesaari, Helsinki.
Work tasks
- Electrical integration of spacecraft systems
- Following and executing test and assembly procedures
- Documentation and reporting
- Collaborating with the team on-site
We are looking for
- Technical degree in electronics, automation or electrical engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc / UAS / University)
- Hands-on electrical integration experience and knowledge (fundamentals, Ohm's law)
- Fluent communication skills in English
Bonus points for:
- Experience in aerospace or aviation work
- Ability to write test procedures
