About the role
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of a team ensuring a fast and efficient spare part delivery process. Your duties will focus on monitoring spare part orders and following up with the delivery process. You will collaborate within a cross-cultural team located in Hyvinkää, Finland and India, striving to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
The role is full-time and Academic Work offers you a permanent employment contract. You are expected to work from the office at least three times a week.

Work tasks
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the fast and efficient delivery of spare parts, focusing on order handling, delivery process follow-up, and customer communication.
- Monitoring sales order and delivery processes and handling exceptions
- Following up on delivery processes
- Creating purchase orders for order-bound items
- Communicating and collaborating actively and effectively with relevant stakeholders
- Keeping customers up to date in the processes
We are looking for
- Relevant commercial education background (e.g., a BSc)
- Previous experience in supply chain roles (purchasing /sales/logistics)
- Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications
- Good communication skills in English
It is meritorious if you have knowledge of other languages, especially Finnish and German.
