About the role
We are looking for an experienced PAM Product Owner to strengthen a centralized IAM team responsible for the development and maintenance of Privileged Access Management. In this role, you will design secure architectures, steer PAM solution development, and ensure alignment with regulatory, business, and risk requirements.

Work tasks
- Designing and developing PAM architecture and solutions
- Ensuring PAM functions meet cybersecurity and compliance requirements
- Identifying and mitigating risks in accordance with internal policies
- Leading stakeholder discussions and implementing improvements
- Producing and maintaining PAM documentation and process descriptions
- Developing PAM maturity and strengthening internal controls
We are looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with PAM technologies (especially CyberArk)
- Good understanding of IAM/PAM principles and IT environments (cloud, on-prem, applications)
- Experience in designing technical architectures and producing documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across stakeholder groups
- Fluent English skills
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with Agile/Scrum teams
- Security certifications
