About the role
As a Trade Compliance Development Manager, you will join the global trade compliance team and coordinate global development needs and tool enhancements. You will be responsible for driving the development of a Trade Automation Solution, driving and coordinating areas of trade compliance improvement, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements. While this role requires a project & process management background, we are open for candidates with different seniority levels.

Work tasks
- Lead the collection, prioritization and coordination of trade compliance development needs together with stakeholders
- Develop and enhance the Trade Automation solution used for trade compliance purposes
- Identify opportunities to enhance related tools and processes
- Manage the change of new system functionalities or process enhancements gathering user feedback and planning development timelines
- Collaborate actively with stakeholders
We are looking for
- Relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in project management and process/tool development
- Good knowledge of project methodologies and project management principles
- Lean mindset and understanding of how changes impact the overall process
- Cultural awareness in an international context
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Good skills with MS Office tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are an asset
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience in international trade, logistics or supply chain
- SAP knowledge
- Data mining and strong Excel skills
