About the role
As a Jr. Communications Specialist, you’ll join our client’s Technology Services unit, which drives IT transformation projects across the organization. You get to support the project teams in creating and producing communication materials related to current IT updates and upcoming activities. The content will primarily be aimed at internal end-users, but may also occasionally target external stakeholders.
This role is part-time 3 days per week during office hours. Your home office will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo, with hybrid model of working. In the beginning this is a temporary position until the year of 2025, with potential for continuation depending on the progress of the projects.

Work tasks
- Creating communication materials
- Developing new, creative ways to communicate with internal audiences
- Maintaining and updating SharePoint intranet content
- Producing monthly newsletters
- Visualizing IT changes through engaging content
- Coordinating communications-related activities, such as internal IT info forums
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, leadership, and project teams
We are looking for
- Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field – either completed or in the final stages
- Previous experience in similar (internal )communications tasks
- Strong skills in content creation, both written and visual
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Experience working in a dynamic international environment
- Full professional proficiency in English
