About the role

As a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating change management activities at KONE, you will get to join the Data Management Program and collaborate closely with local teams throughout Europe. In collaboration with colleagues, you will align schedules, train and implement the practices for data management, facilitate reviews and follow up until the practices are part of teams' daily routines. You further work with the Business Analyst to continuously improve the dashboards and ensure that the digitalized daily service business runs smoothly.

We aim for someone who can inspire and engage individuals while maintaining persistence in achieving targets and embedding new routines seamlessly into daily operations across all European KONE countries. While other projects focus on data cleansing in collaboration with central and local staff, your focus will be on installing local practices that sustain data integrity in the long run.

Your home office will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo with hybrid model of working, yet your colleagues will eagerly see you regularly on-site at the office. You will report to the Program Manager.

Travelling is sometimes required for this position.

Work tasks

  • Plan and synchronize your schedules with countries and the projects cleaning the data
  • Train dashboard usage together with Lean coaches
  • Install practices into daily routines to local teams
  • Facilitate KPI reviews and follow up
  • Collaborate internally with stakeholders
  • Drive performance

We are looking for

  • Relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in organisation and project coordination
  • Experience in driving change management
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a global complex organisation and willingness for occasional business trips in Europe
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are an asset
