About the role
Elmery is a Finnish start-up company that provides a patented, unique metal recovery technology for refineries to better circulate the metals, increasing cost efficiency and sustainability. In this role as a Laboratory Assistant, you will prepare samples and assist researchers in the laboratory. You get a great overall experience working in a laboratory setting and maintaining devices. You will be working in the laboratory at Kivihaka.

Work tasks
- Assisting researchers in the lab
- Preparing samples for sampling and analyzing
- Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment
- Keeping laboratory clean
We are looking for
- Suitable education or ongoing studies in the laboratory field, e.g., laboratory technician or vocational school laboratory assistant studies
- Some experience working in a laboratory environment, e.g., laboratory courses
- Understanding of safety regulations in a laboratory setting
- Fluent English spoken and written skills
Additionally, we appreciate previous work experience in a laboratory setting.
