We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer for our client Buddy Healthcare. Buddy Healthcare helps hospitals, clinics, and patients by simplifying care pathways through digital tools. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and quality of the healthcare platform, which serves both professionals via a web dashboard and patients through mobile apps. This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave with the possibility to extension.

About the role
As a Test Automation Engineer your main responsibilities are to design, implement and maintain automate test suites for the web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers and product owner to define test strategies in the development processes. You will also ensure test runs as part of the CI/CD pipelines and provide feedback to the team. When necessary, you will support manual testing, especially for new features or complex scenarios.
We are looking for a person who has a good understanding in test automation and knowledge with Robot framework and Python. To be successful in this role, you need to be proactive, solution-focused and quality oriented.

Work tasks
- Designing, implementing and maintaining automated tests
- Defining test strategies in the development processes
- Writing and executing automated tests for APIs and UI flows
- Ensuring the high quality documentation of test processes
- Close collaboration with the team of developers and product owner
We are looking for
- Understanding in test automation processes and experience working with Robot Framework and Python
- Understanding of agile development practices
- Knowledge in API testing and GitHub
- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong motivation to grow as a professional
- Fluency in English
