Report unethical or illegal misconduct here

Updated at Dec 18, 2024

Academic Work is committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, responsibility, and integrity in its business operations. We are dedicated to ensuring that these core values characterise our company and our business.

Our employees are encouraged to report to their manager, or to management if necessary, any activity they believe violates laws, ethical principles, or our internal policies. Others, such as customers, suppliers, business partners, or other individuals, can report the matter to their primary Academic Work contact person.

However, there may be situations where it is not possible or appropriate to report misconduct through the procedures mentioned above. The reporting person must also have the opportunity to remain completely anonymous, to lower the threshold for reporting suspected misconduct.

Academic Work has therefore established a procedure for reporting unethical or illegal misconduct using an online form. This procedure ensures confidentiality, excludes conflicts of interest as far as possible, and guarantees complete anonymity if desired. Reports are received and evaluated by a third party, who handles any further communication with the reporting person and forwards the matter within Academic Work to the appropriate recipient for further investigation and action. The reporting service is completely separate from Academic Work and meets the highest security requirements to ensure integrity.

If the reporting person wishes to remain anonymous, their identity will be kept confidential from both Academic Work and the receiving third party. If the reporting person wishes to report misconduct by phone or physical meeting, this is also possible. The person making the report will not suffer negative consequences when making the report or at any point thereafter.

If we disclose your data to law enforcement authorities or regulatory authorities, it will be done with your consent.
