The 12-week intensive course is free of charge, and every participant is guaranteed a permanent job after the training. Academy is a service by Academic Work, through which we train new early career professionals for fields suffering from a talent shortage.

How can I learn a new profession in 12 weeks?
The training programs are based on an accelerated learning model, which means combining short theoretical parts with intensive practical problem-solving of working life challenges. In the trainings, the vast majority of time is spent on practical training, which provides the best possible tools for starting work immediately after the training.
The practical 12-week training builds a solid foundation upon which you continue building expertise in working life. A rapidly changing working life requires constant updating of skills, and Academy provides good readiness to search for information independently as well.
What happens after graduation?
After graduating from Academy, you will start working in a permanent employment relationship at Academic Work and work as a consultant in a client company. In practice, you live and breathe daily life in the client company and in their customers' projects – Academic Work acts as a support in the background.
Who can apply?
Anyone can apply for Academy: the recruiting process focuses on your potential instead of your previous work experience. The most important thing is that you are motivated to start a new career within the subject of your chosen training program and ready to invest your time and energy in intensive training.
Learning abilities also affect student selections. The application process always starts with tests that you can take online.
How do I apply?
You can start the Academy application process as soon as you find an interesting course: the application process begins with tests taken on your own computer, for which it is good to reserve about 45 minutes in total.
The tests measure your learning ability and the suitability of your personality for the role being applied for. If you pass the tests, you will receive a link through which you can apply for the training program.
