Work tasks
- Designing and documenting electrical systems for port cranes (VFD systems, LV distribution, auxiliaries, PLC systems, and fieldbus communications electrical diagrams, parts lists, cable lists, and layout drawings)
- Ensuring that manufacturing teams have all the technical data needed to build power and control systems to spec
- Collaborating closely with lead engineers, mechanical designers, suppliers, and project teams
- Supporting production with technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with modern tools like Zuken E3, Siemens TeamCenter, SAP, and ERMS
We are looking for
- Experience in electrical design using tools like E3, Eplan, AutoCAD, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Automation Engineering
- Experience working on international equipment delivery projects
- Familiarity with inverters/VFDs and/or PLC systems
- Fluency in English
It is meritorious if you have
- Finnish language skills
- Experience with PLM tools (e.g., TeamCenter) is a plus
