About the role
As a Legal Mandates Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate an European umbrella project which consists of local initiatives focused on implementing financial compliance measures, including e-invoicing, for both customer and supplier processes. The role centers on aligning operations with newly emerging legal requirements across different countries. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout Europe to ensure consistent implementation and regulatory compliance. Key stakeholders include finance and IT team members across global, regional, and country levels. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
In this role, you’ll be part of a team of eight professionals who are committed to supporting your success. The team is based in Espoo, Keilaniemi, and operates in a flexible hybrid work model. This position also provides opportunities to engage with front-line colleagues through business travel. Depending on operational needs, travel typically amounts to approximately 10 to 15 days annually.

Work tasks
- Manage financial projects ensuring compliance with legal mandates and regulatory obligations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in each country
- Implement process improvements to ensure ongoing compliance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
We are looking for
- At least +3 years of experience from Project Manager positions
- Excellent IT skills in MS Office, and ability to use project management tools
- Full professional proficiency in English, other languages (e.g. French) are seen as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders from multiple countries
It is meritorious if you have:
- Knowledge of finance related practices or experience in finance related projects
