About the role
As a Data Analytics & Insights Manager, you will lead insights analysis to improve strategic decision-making for Brands teams. You'll utilize your analytical skills and business knowledge to proactively identify trends and patterns, enabling informed data-driven dialogues. This role involves partnering with the Country Leadership Team and stakeholders to deliver performance reports and insights based on brand performance, competition, and sales force effectiveness.
The company is an international pharmaceutical company. The position is a fixed-term position covering a leave of absence until the end of October 2026.

Work tasks
- Create and shape monthly performance review decks
- Educate through data dashboards and define KPIs
- Provide guidance and support for data-driven decision-making
- Consolidate and standardize the Monthly Performance Review Process
- Drive standardization of reports across brands and Nordic markets
We are looking for
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Exceptional analytical, data presentation, and simplification skills
- Knowledge in database solutions and visualization tools, espscially PowerBI
- Experience in leading without authority
- Project management experience
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Good knowledge of registries and dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics trends
It is meritorious if you have
- Background in scientific, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing company
- Finnish language skills
