About the role

As an Office Assistant, your daily work will include coordinating the management team’s schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and processing purchase invoices. You will play a key role in managing travel bookings and calendars—booking flights and accommodations through Egencia and ensuring every detail is in order. You will also prepare travel expense reports, making accuracy and organizational skills essential to this role. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing and coding purchase invoices, so previous experience in financial administration is an advantage.

Success in this role requires the ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage multiple overlapping tasks. A good sense of humor, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting others will make you a valuable addition to the team.

Work tasks

We are looking for

  • Prior experience in calendar management, travel arrangements (e.g., with Egencia), and handling purchase and travel invoices
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach and the ability to learn quickly
  • Fluent English skills – Finnish language skills are a plus

  • Location: Hyvinkää, you need to visit the office at least three times a week
