About the role

As a Procurement Business Analyst, you will join our client’s Supply Finance team and support global procurement through a variety of analyses. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, enjoys collaboration, and takes initiative. Your primary office will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo, with occasional visits to Hyvinkää.

Work tasks

• Translate complex data into clear insights for presentations to the Procurement Leadership Team
• Help develop an integrated performance model including both traditional financial KPIs and strategically focused KPIs
• Manage ad hoc analyses and project management assignments, e.g. short-term forecasts, business impact analysis and project assignments within procurement and finance
• Work closely with various internal stakeholders

We are looking for

• Relevant university degree in business, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity and interest in financial and business analytics, company performance drivers, and KPIs
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and spreadsheet modelling; knowledge of PowerBI is a clear advantage
• Some relevant work experience, such as cost controlling or financial consulting
• Strong skills in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and good skills in Finnish
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
