In my eyes, juniors have superpowers that sharpen the capabilities of the entire company. An endless hunger for learning, a healthy desire to question, and high motivation. They catch on to productive work quickly and learn more and more at an earth-shattering pace. Is there a more important trait in this time than the ability to learn?
And actually, the most impressive thing is their energy. It spreads to the whole community and collectively raises the level of doing.
