We built a functional and clearly priced solution for recruiting procurement specialists

The public sector procurement environment is undergoing a transformation, as the need for organizations' own competitive tendering expertise grows due to changes in legislation.

There is already a shortage of procurement specialists, and as experienced professionals retire, more talent is needed. The skills gap is real and threatens to delay projects and lower the quality of procurement.

Public actors are expected to have the ability to manage competitive tendering effectively and transparently. In order to carry out more procurement with higher quality, procurement professionals must have business, sustainability, and analytics expertise, as well as the ability to evaluate impact.

This kind of know-how does not happen by accident.

At Academic Work, we have grown thousands of professionals for the IT and engineering sectors for hundreds of different companies since 2015. Now it is time to apply the same proven training concept to growing new procurement specialists!

We built an 18-day Boost training program that produces procurement specialists for the public sector. We recruit motivated individuals with a high capacity to learn and a suitable educational background for the training.

At the end of the Boost training period, which is based on the Accelerated Learning teaching method, we guarantee the necessary know-how to start in procurement roles within public sector organizations.

If your organization has a need for one or more procurement specialists, let us know your interest!
