About the role
As an FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reporting, developing forecasts, and providing insights to help guide decision-making. You will also play a key role in improving financial processes and developing our systems to enhance transparency and efficiency.
You will manage Group P&L processes at the system level. This requires a strong understanding of the business logic behind system inputs to ensure data accuracy. We highly value a resilient, hands-on attitude. Over time, your role offers the potential to expand into harmonizing SG&A costs across our eight business units.

Work tasks
A versatile financial role balancing analytical process management, business partnering, and budgeting across multiple business units.
- Contribute to Management Reporting and conduct financial analysis in connection to month end closing and on ad-hoc basis
- Facilitate and contribute to monthly financial forecasting and annual planning processes
- Support the monthly closing processes as part of the Group Finance organization
- Take part in developing our processes, analysis methods, tools and systems to ensure transparency, efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with company’s Business Units and Functions teams regarding all the above-mentioned topics
We are looking for
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years relevant work experience from e.g. FP&A, business or financial controlling, or other equivalent experience
- Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen. Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights
- Keen interest in technology with a good understanding of how IT can be leveraged in a finance context to optimize processes and drive business outcomes
- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Finnish and/or Swedish is an advantage
It is meritorious if you have
- Good knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles
- Basic understanding of modern business technology systems such as HFM, Snowflake, or Tableau
- Good knowledge of Business Partnering and hands-on budgeting processes
