About the role
As a Key Client Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will create lasting customer relationships with C-level executives and inspire them to be part of the Aurora Live community. Your goal is to know your contacts well, keep them updated, and engage them in events designed for businesses. In this role, you will be part of a goal-oriented and inspiring work community with excellent opportunities for personal development. Above all, we hope you are customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, and motivated attitude.
The person we are looking for will work from Helsinki or Amsterdam as part of the international team, with responsibility for the clients in German market.

Work tasks
- You will build lasting customer relationships with C-level executives and inspire them to be part of the Aurora Live community
- You will keep yourself up to date on your clients' situations
- You will maintain daily contact with your clients via phone, email, and Teams meetings
