About the role
In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Manager while collaborating with a team of specialists to ensure system reliability. You will gain hands-on experience and take ownership of daily operational processes for a critical SaaS-based Customer Information System (CIS). Work tasks
While the exact day-to-day duties will be shaped around your personal strengths and prior background, your main responsibilities will cover:
- Incident & Performance Monitoring: Support major and critical incident communications, monitor overall service performance, and ensure open issues and operational tickets progress smoothly.
- Release & Stakeholder Communication: Keep business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and vendors aligned through clear updates, service announcements, and release notes.
- Cross-Team & Vendor Coordination: Drive daily operational activities, facilitate testing, and coordinate tasks between internal specialists and external service providers.
- Service Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate IT service documentation in Confluence, support audit and compliance checks, and assist the Senior Manager with ad-hoc coordination tasks.
We are looking for
- Relevant higher education degree (e.g., Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
- Previous practical experience in IT or software environments—such as hands-on project experience, acting as a Key User, or serving as a Scrum Master.
- Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and SaaS operational models.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
