About the role
In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with leading manufacturing companies, helping them connect with carefully selected decision-makers through exclusive 1-2-1 meetings and live events designed to support innovation, efficiency, and business growth. At the beginning of your journey, the main focus will be on building your pipeline and developing new business.
Work tasks
This role focuses on driving new business growth and managing the full sales cycle within the manufacturing industry.
- Prospecting new greenfield clients within the manufacturing industry and building a strong sales pipeline
- Calling and engaging clients, consulting them on how the B2B growth partnership helps expand their sales pipeline
- Hosting and completing sales meetings weekly to communicate the value proposition
- Managing the full sales process by closing deals and fostering long-term relationships for account growth
We are looking for
- Advanced proficiency in German and English (internal company language is English)
- Commercial mindset, motivation by growth, and a strong interest in driving B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based outreach
- Initiative, proactive attitude, and capability to handle targets and results
- Previous experience in B2B sales, prospecting, customer engagement, or a similar field is meritorious
