About the role

We are looking for an future talent to work as a Software Engineer and join the Eclipse Treatment Planning development team at Siemens Healthineers.

In this consultant role, you will step into an existing team and help ensure continuity of development and maintenance work. The focus is on hands‑on software development, working with a large, established code base in a quality‑ and safety‑critical environment.

Work tasks

• Analyze, design, and implement treatment planning features
• Investigate software issues and implement fixes
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Participate in verification activities

We are looking for

• Master’s degree (or finishing your studies) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
• Interest and some experience in C++
• Interest in working with large code bases and medical industry
• Fluent English, written and spoken

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with C#
• Knowledge of MFC, SQL, or Microsoft development tools
• Experience from medical device software or regulated environments
