About the role
In this role you will be responsible for leading technical project execution from initiation to completion within an international organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. The position requires a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Tampere. You will hear more about the client company as the recruitment process progresses.

Work tasks
- Leading technical project execution and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
- Managing project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and reporting status to stakeholders
- Driving issue resolution and supporting technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting communication between engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and customer interfaces
We are looking for
- Relevant higher education degree (e.g., in Engineering or Technology)
- Previous experience in technical project management, preferably in an industrial or energy-related environment
- Experience with power electronics products and systems
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, cost follow-up, and risk management
- Proficiency in using JIRA and MS Office tools
- Excellent English skills
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience in the energy or grid sector
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, RTDS, or HIL environments
- Knowledge of hardware engineering, embedded software, or MV lab testing
- Understanding of contract management and commercial aspects of project execution
