About the role
As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and managing product strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Work tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (sales, suppliers, product, marketing)
- Validating and managing technical product information
- Supporting technical aspects of marketing and sales materials
- Ensuring alignment between suppliers’ technical content and our own deliverables
- Participating in sales discussions when needed (typically supporting internal teams)
- Working closely with a more experienced colleague – you won’t be doing this alone!
We are looking for
- Solid technical understanding of electrification, energy systems, or EV charging
- Relevant academical background (e.g. Industrial Engineering and Management, Electrical or Energy Engineering)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to grow
- A collaborative team player with attention to detail and ability to validate complex information
- Fluent English skills, Finnish is seen as a plus
Familiarity with underground machinery or heavy equipment is a plus.

- Start: In the end July or possibly part-timely in June
