About the role
As a Sales & Logistics Administrator, you and your team will be responsible for the sales and delivery processes of spare parts for customers. Your tasks will include order processing, preparing quotations, purchasing and delivering products, sales invoicing, monitoring purchase invoices, and maintaining close communication with both customers and your team. Your team consists of three people, and the main working language is English.

Work tasks
- Processing and preparing quotations
- Handling sales and purchase orders
- Invoicing in the SAP system in accordance with customer- and supplier-specific pricing, delivery, and contract terms
- Collaboration with external customers, global suppliers and logistics partners
- Purchasing and delivering products as agreed with customers
We are looking for
- Relevant educational background (studies in logistics are considered an advantage)
- Previous work experience in similar tasks
- Collaborative and flexible approach to work
- Ability to prioritize and work with accuracy
- Self-direction and a sense of responsibility
- Fluent English skills
It is meritorious if you have
