The company’s business has grown strongly in recent years, and we are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support Efla’s increasing order volume, international customers and the smooth handling of orders from start to finish.
In this role, you will not be working in traditional inbound or outbound customer service. The role includes a lot of email communication with international customers, as well as internal communication with sales, production and logistics partners. Since the customers are international and the orders can vary significantly, the role requires a strong ability to understand the bigger picture, use common sense and solve situations case by case.
