About the role
As a Data Engineer, you will join our client's project which aims aims to enhance the analytical capabilities of the Service Sales and Customer Solutions teams by expanding and improving existing dashboards. You will be the technical engine, responsible for building robust data flows and connections. Your core mission is to enable advanced analytics by preparing raw data, establishing new integrations (like AWS-Databricks connections), and ensuring the underlying data model supports fast and accurate PowerBI dashboards. You will collaborate closely with business owners and the Power BI Developer.
The position is located in Keilaniemi, Espoo, and follows a hybrid model with weekly on-site work.

Work tasks
- Build data flows and connections, including preparing raw data for use in analytics products
- Develop new data products, such as establishing AWS-Databricks connections
- Ensure underlying data models enable fast and accurate Power BI reporting
We are looking for
- Relevant educational background (e.g. Computer Science, Machine Learning)
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with Databricks
- Experience with backend data engineering focused on building data flows and connections
- Proficiency in PowerBI (familiarity with Qlik is an advantage)
- Comfortable working with multiple platforms (AWS, SAP, Databricks)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
