
IT Portfolio Analyst, Espoo

You will act as a link between data analysis and practical business processes, ensuring that common standards are followed and that the portfolio data supports effective decision-making. Work tasks
In this role, you will balance technical platform management with hands-on data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. Your daily work revolves around ensuring our portfolio management processes run smoothly and providing the insights needed for informed decision-making.
- Own the integrity of IT portfolio data and ensure that reporting provides a reliable foundation for decision-making
- Manage and prioritize ServiceNow SPM development backlog to ensure the platform supports our strategic goals
- Drive portfolio governance and standards in close collaboration with the Lead, Portfolio Management
- Produce and analyze portfolio performance and financial data to create clear insights for IT leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, including IT Finance and Portfolio Managers, on all reporting and tool-related topics
- Coordinate data and development themes across vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Combine information from various systems to maintain a transparent view of our IT investment landscape
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in relevant field that supports your analytical approach
- 3–5 years of experience from an Analyst, PMO Specialist, or similar business support role
- Ability to turn large data sets into clear, visual, and professional insights
- Solid understanding of portfolio management including concepts like prioritization, resource management, and project lifecycles
- Full working proficiency in English
It is meritorious if you have
- Fluent Finnish
- Experience working with ServiceNow platform
- Interest in utilizing AI tools
- Background in IT or understanding of IT operating models
