We are looking for an IT Specialist for our Client Coolbrook Oy. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and developing Coolbrook’s IT environment and develop your expertise as part of a global team. About the role
As the primary IT point of contact, you will manage daily support while driving strategic development projects. You will work closely with the CFO and external partners to ensure a seamless technical environment for Coolbrook's growing team.

Work tasks
This role combines hands-on end-user support with broader IT development responsibilities in a fast-paced international environment. Your tasks will include:
- Resolve daily IT issues for internal users in Finland, UK, Netherlands and India
- Coordinate with external IT partners for complex technical escalations
- Manage software licenses and hardware leasing agreements
- Maintain accurate hardware and software asset registers
- Execute IT development projects from the technical backlog
- Administer Microsoft cloud environments including M365, Intune, and Azure
- Implement new IT initiatives to support rapid organizational growth
We are looking for
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud services including M365, Intune, and Azure
- Previous relevant work experience , e.g. IT Specialist, IT support or Service Desk
- Suitable degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic startup

- Experience with PLM or Teamcenter systems
