About the role
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of learning and digital training. You will collaborate closely with capability teams and global stakeholders, ensuring that learning programs run smoothly, training content remains up to date and digital platforms are utilized effectively.

This is a hybrid role, with approximately 2–3 days a week at the office in Helsinki.
The start date is as soon as possible, and the position is a one-year fixed-term contract.
Work tasks
As a Learning & Digital Training Coordinator, your responsibilities will cover practical training coordination, platform support, and stakeholder communication:
- Supporting coordination of learning and training activities
- Assisting in organizing meetings, tracking actions, and following up with stakeholders
- Providing support in the use of digital learning tools and eLearning platforms (e.g. Articulate)
- Assisting in updating and maintaining learning content and related documentation
- Supporting communication with internal teams and external partners related to training activities
- Helping to maintain structured documentation of tasks, actions, and ongoing topics
- Contribuing to continuous improvement of learning processes and tools within the team
We are looking for
- Relevant educational background
- Genuine interest in Learning & Development and digital training
- Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms (e.g. MS Office, Teams)
- Structured, detail-oriented and organized way of working
- Strong proactive communication skills and ability to work independently with guidance
- Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken
It is meritorious if you have
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools
- Prior experience in training coordination or administrative support
