About the role
In this role, you are not a marketing generalist, but a true expert in marketing technologies! You will work in a team supporting the entire marketing department, and your desk will be filled with concrete and practical tasks within the Salesforce marketing ecosystem. You will act as the team's go-to person, who can advise others and translate technical requirements into business language. Your key system competencies are Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data 360.
Our client company is one of Finland's most well-known and leading players in the ICT sector. They offer a modern and evolving work environment where you get to work with the latest technologies on the market. The role is placed within a small but highly expert Marketing Operations team that works in close collaboration with the rest of the marketing organization and the technical team.

Work tasks
You will be responsible for the practical implementation, development, and support of marketing technologies, focusing specifically on Data 360 configurations, the development of metrics, and the operational use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Data 360 configurations (approx. 50%): You will be responsible for, among other things, Advertising Audience definitions, segmentation, importing website data, and Agentic Marketing activities.
- Metrics and development (approx. 20%): Measuring marketing effectiveness and visualizing data.
- Operational support (approx. 15%): You will act as a Super User, supporting the marketing team with system questions, building more complex customer journeys, and managing lead forms as well as light automations.
- Development projects (approx. 15%): You will drive marketing development items forward (creating tickets and reviewing them with the Martech team) and participate in various projects.
We are looking for
We are looking for an experienced professional with practical, hands-on experience in the following tools. We are not looking for a developer, but we expect you to have a deep understanding of the technologies and the ability to communicate seamlessly with business management.
We expect from you:
- Solid, practical, and operational experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Data 360 system.
- A strong understanding of marketing automation and business metrics.
- Fluent English skills (Finnish language skills are considered an advantage).
- An analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented approach to work. You are a helpful team player by nature who enjoys advising and guiding others.
- Previous work experience in similar roles (approx. 3β5 years or more).
Considered an advantage:
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Other information
- Start date: May-June 2026. The goal is for you to have time to be onboarded before July. In July, the team has a holiday month, during which this role will have an unpaid leave. Work will resume normally in August.
- Duration: Fixed-term, 12 months (parental leave cover). You will be employed through Academic Work.
- Location: Helsinki. The work is done using a flexible hybrid model (3 days at the office, 2 days remote). The team works mainly from the Helsinki office.
- Security clearance: A standard personnel security clearance will be conducted for the selected person, and passing it is a prerequisite for employment.
