About the role

In this role, you will focus on building an executive network and introducing a unique B2B community to decision-makers. The position is commercial and serves as a launchpad for a career in B2B sales. Ambitious talent is offered a structured career path toward an Account Executive role, supported by onboarding through an internal academy and continuous mentorship.

You will work closely with team leads. We are currently looking for talent fluent in either French (focusing on specific industrial sectors) or German.

Work tasks

This role focuses on strategic business development and account management to drive the expansion of our client's manufacturing network through proactive relationship building.

  • Identifying and connecting with C-level executives via phone and LinkedIn
  • Hosting video meetings to communicate the network's value proposition
  • Understanding the business priorities and challenges of potential prospects
  • Collaborating with team leads and management to drive business unit growth
  • Developing skills and industry knowledge to transition into direct B2B sales roles

We are looking for

  • Advanced proficiency in German OR French, combined with fluent English skills
  • Commercial mindset, motivation by growth, and interest in building a career in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based outreach
  • Initiative, proactive attitude, and capability to handle targets and results
  • Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, hospitality, or a similar field is meritorious
