About the role
As an Automation Laboratory Expert, you will develop and maintain testing rigs for the UNIC engine control system within a highly skilled R&D organization. This role involves hands-on work with hardware, electronics, networks, and system administration, ensuring rigs operate as part of our DevOps Continuous Integration pipeline.
Work tasks
This role involves the development, maintenance, and improvement of engine automation test rigs, integrating them into Continuous Integration pipeline, and supporting the validation of control functionalities.
- Development and maintenance of testing rigs for UNIC engine control system
- Improvement of Continuous Integration and test automation involving test rigs
- Support validation of control functionalities in simulated and production environments
- Requirements management and executing proof of concepts for new test rigs
- Maintenance and troubleshooting issues in production systems
We are looking for
- Engineering degree in Automation, Computer Science, Process Engineering, or similar
- Hands-on experience working with hardware and electronics, including circuit diagram reading and physical installations.
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration and test automation
- Fluent verbal and written English
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with CI/CD toolsets, Git, and Linux and with testing frameworks
