IT Roll-out Coordinator, Espoo

About the role

We are looking for an IT Roll-out Coordinator to support the global deployment of delivery transparency capabilities to our client's front line delivery organizations. Your primary goal is to ensure the consistent and successful adoption of the client’s core delivery functionality worldwide, aligned with delivery operations objectives.

The role is based in Keilaniemi, Espoo, with hybrid model of working (with approximately 3 office days/week).

Work tasks

• Plan and coordinate platform roll-outs end-to-end, including scheduling with front line organizations
• Act as the primary roll-out contact towards frontline organizations
• Ensure roll-out readiness, training, follow-up, and completion tracking
• Provide clear visibility of roll-out status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
• Schedule, prepare, and conduct trainings for front line delivery project managers
• Coordinate localization of templates and instructions, and facilitate feedback collection
• Track roll-out completion and adoption readiness

We are looking for

• Experience in IT roll-outs, change management, and/or project coordination
• Understanding of delivery operations
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both independently and with stakeholders in a global environment
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
