This role places you at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, contributing to the development and improvement of customer-facing portals. You will collaborate closely with development teams, backend application teams, and various stakeholders, focusing on B2B Customer businesses.

Work tasks

You will gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and act as a techno-functional bridge between stakeholders and development teams. The role involves supporting cloud-based portal solutions and defining integration approaches within Agile and DevOps frameworks.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Act as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders, portal development teams, and backend application teams.
• Work in Agile and DevOps teams, documenting business needs using tools like Confluence/JIRA.
• Contribute to the design and support of end-to-end customer portal solutions, ensuring reliable and scalable implementations.
• Support cloud-based portal solutions built on Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Services and Front Door.
• Participate in defining and validating integration approaches, including API-based, GraphQL, and batch integrations.
• Ensure that user management, access control, and cybersecurity best practices are followed in portal solutions.

We are looking for

• Combined technical and functional expertise in customer portals or digital solutions.
• Hands-on experience covering the full lifecycle of portal development and ongoing support.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.
• Good understanding of Azure-based cloud architecture for custom portals, alongside foundational knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
• Keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance the development process.
• Solid understanding of modern integration patterns and backend connectivity.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and general user management principles.
• Strong facilitation skills to bridge the gap between technical teams (e.g., developers, integration specialists) and business units.
• Fluency in English.
• Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Data Science, or comparable practical industry experience.
